1. When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship orders within 1–2 business days. During busy seasons or promotions, it might take a little longer—but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need it in a pinch!
3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Actually, everything comes beautifully wrapped or packaged and ready to gift—no extra step required. Whether it’s for someone special or a “just because” treat for yourself, it’ll arrive looking lovely.
4. Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely! Just type your message in the gift note section at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card with your order.
5. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at shopatthegiftshop@gmail.com to start the return process.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! For now, we only ship within the U.S.
7. Can I customize a gift set?
We love putting together the perfect gift! At this time, all our sets are curated in advance, but stay tuned—customization options may be coming soon.
8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! Please email us at shopatthegiftshop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
9. Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
We sure do! If you’re looking to place a bulk order for events, clients, or team gifts, reach out to us—we’d love to help you create something special.
